Stuffed Royal Quinoa With Tomatoes

Preparation
- Rinse the royal quinoa and cook in water.
- Cook the potatoes, let cool and peel.
- Halve the tomatoes and remove the pulp.

- Mix everything and stuff the halved tomatoes.
- Serve with lettuce leaves.
